If you are an entrepreneur at heart, and love running your own business, this could be good for you. You make 100% of any money generated by Site Sponsorships, Banner Ads, Featured Listings,Coupons, Featured Articles and Push Notifications. Make sales yourself, or hire commission sales people in your area.
Business Owners

Promote YOUR business to people using the app. Banks, insurance, restaurants, bars, landscapers, or any other local business can promote themselves as much as they want for FREE if they are running the app. Of course, you have the option to sell ads too if you want, but just the self-promotion alone is worth the monthly hosting fee!
Podcasters

Promote your podcast on the site. You can easily upload audio or video and make it accessible to your visitors! Your podcast can talk about your city, have local guests, or just talk about other interests.

Realtors

Provide a great community service while promoting yourself and your business. You can still sell advertising yourself if you want, but why not save all the "Prime" space for yourself? While folks are using the app to find local events, news, weather, sports,and more, YOUR face will be constantly in front of them. You can also feature your listings if you want!
Marketing Pros

If marketing is your jam, then promoting your MyCityApp locally will come easy for you. Even though it doesn't take a lot of technical knowledge, obviously, being familiar with marketing will help you in this business. Love running the site, but don't want to sell? Hire a salesman on commission and split the profits!
College Students

MyCityApp is SO inexpensive, that it makes a great way to earn extra MONEY for a college student. You can promote businesses on and around the campus, post events for the college, and post articles of interest. Or, just run it for the WHOLE city!

What We Do/What YOU DO

We get you all up and running in just a couple of days. Then, you can spend as much time as you want working on your App. Obviously, the more you put in, the more you get out.

What WE Do

Reserve YOUR City

We only build ONE app per city. It's first come, first serve. Once it's gone, it's gone. If you are lucky enough to get your city, it's protected until you give it up.
Build The Site

We construct the site using the general colors you suggest. We set up the sections, menus and overall functionality of the PWA. We usually have this done within 48 hours of subscribing.
Produce RSS Feeds

We generate RSS feeds for news, weather and sports. These feeds will constantly self-update, giving your app new content continuously.

Fill Categories with Sample listings

We will have initial categories supplied for you, and will insert sample local locations and events into each one. You can keep those listings, or delete them with a click of a button. These samples will be a great guide for you to follow when adding content.
Host the App

Your monthly subscription will include hosting for your app. We have exceptional uptime, and will handle any hosting issues.
Set Up Your

Custom Domain

We will give you instructions on how to set up your custom domain, but if you don't feel comfortable doing it, we will do it for you. We will need access to your domain back office.

Insert Basic SEO

Your PWA will be search engine friendly. We will insert basic SEO info, but you will have control to edit as much as you would like.
Membership Site

Each LICENSEE will have access to our MEMBERS SITE. There, we will have training videos, sample contracts, and other helpful tools. We will constantly be adding resources to this site.
Help Desk

In the MEMBERS AREA, you will have access to our HELPDESK. Having an issue of any kind, submit it here, and one of our staff will address it quickly.

What YOU DO

Add Locations

Under the CONTENT TAB, you will be able to add business locations, events, or articles all in one place. This content will then stream to the appropriate location in your PWA. You should be able to add a location in about a minute.
Add Events

One of the most looked at part of your app will be EVENTS. You can find events on Facebook, Google, or just on a poster you see in a restaurant. Spend a few minutes each week posting new events on your app. Old events will fall off.

Add Articles

Users will love seeing new articles about things going on in your city. Feature a local hero, talk about the local sports team, OR MONITIZE your articles by charging to feature a local business.
Add Advertising

You can create your own INTERNAL banner ad campaigns and have them run on the HOME page or the internal pages of your app. You may want to reserve the HOME page ads for a "Site Sponsor". That alone could generate enough income to more than pay the monthly lease. You can also use the EXTERNAL ad feature to run Google ads if you choose.

Edit The Design and Colors

Your site comes fully designed, but you have access to the back office and can change the theme, add or subtract sections and categories, edit the menus, change pics and icons, and MUCH MORE. You do NOT have to know how to code, or have any specialized training. Our videos will show you how, and of course, we will be happy to help.

Set Your Prices

You decide what to sell, and for how much. You keep 100% of any Site Sponsorships, Banner Ads, Featured Listings, Featured Articles or Coupons you sell. We will provide sample contracts in the MEMBERS AREA.

Promote Your App

The more "Downloads" your PWA gets, the more you will be able to charge. One of the most important jobs you will have is to promote your site. Use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media site to get the word out. You can also use paid Facebook Ads to generate buzz. Be creative! Advertise on your local newspapers' online site, billboards, or posters.
